So, since Dad turned 60 this year but didn't want a big party, my mom & I thought to make him a fishing cake. Here are white modeling chocolate fish, molded according to some salmon he had caught. I used a small paring knife for shaping and lines, plus the wavy side of my pastry wheel for the scale texture.
